What we provide
Each service is quoted per project and invoiced from Eastern Partners LLC. We source from national vendors and manage the account so our clients deal with one supplier and one invoice.
Equipment rental and leasing
Boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts and telehandlers for construction and plant maintenance. Delivered to site, billed in four-week cycles, with damage protection available.
Workforce and project support
Site supervisors, HVAC and maintenance specialists, and project coordinators placed on term assignments for maintenance and construction scopes.
Corporate food service and catering
Daily Korean and American meal service for project teams and plant staff, prepared by our affiliated restaurant operations and invoiced monthly by headcount.
Logistics and procurement
Temporary offices, site trailers, vehicles, and materials sourced and coordinated on the client's behalf, with delivery and pickup handled end to end.
How we bill
Every engagement is covered by a written quote and our Equipment Rental or Service Terms and Conditions, provided before work begins.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued per project or billing cycle in US dollars and can be paid online by bank transfer (ACH) or card through our secure payment portal.
Payment terms
New accounts are billed in advance per cycle. Established accounts with six consecutive on-time payments move to net 30 terms.
Changes and cancellations
Rental extensions are billed at the quoted weekly rate. Early returns and cancellations are settled per the terms on your quote; contact us before the cycle start date to change an order.
